The teams using AI well have rebuilt their content workflows around it: drafts in minutes, not days; A/B variants in seconds; landing pages personalized for hundreds of segments instead of three. The teams pretending to use AI bolt ChatGPT onto an existing process and wonder why nothing improves. This course is for marketers who want the first kind of result, not the second. We focus on building AI into the workflow, not adding it as an afterthought. We'll cover: • AI in marketing: the big picture (from Harvard) • What AI can actually do in marketing today • Building an AI content strategy that doesn't sound generic • Content automation in practice (a real pipeline, end to end) • Connecting AI across the marketing stack (CRM, CMS, ads) • Personalization at scale (the Salesforce playbook) • Tailored content for different audiences • 1:1 personalization across channels (email, web, mobile, social) • Inclusive personalization: avoiding bias and stereotypes • Measuring AI marketing: what to track, what to ignore This course is for content marketers, growth marketers, lifecycle marketers, and marketing leads. No technical background required, but you should be familiar with running marketing campaigns. Time: ~3 hours across 10 articles.
