Welcome to AI for Knowledge Workers
The average knowledge worker spends 4 hours a day on tasks that AI can do in minutes: drafting emails, summarizing meetings, cleaning data, writing reports, finding information across documents. The teams that have figured out how to use AI well are saving the equivalent of a full workday per week.
Most people are not in that group yet. They've tried ChatGPT a few times, gotten mediocre results, and gone back to their old workflow. The gap is not the tools. The gap is in knowing which tools to use for which tasks, and integrating AI into your actual day instead of treating it as a separate app.
This course is for anyone who works on a computer for a living and wants a real productivity boost. Not a hypothetical one. We focus on workflows, not features.
We'll cover:
• What is an AI copilot? (Microsoft)
• Microsoft 365 Copilot: the AI you probably already have access to
• A 30-day plan: build AI into your routine, one small thing per day
• Comparing the major AI assistants (ChatGPT vs Claude vs Gemini vs Copilot)
• Automating daily tasks: the first wins
• Workflow automation patterns (multi-step, end-to-end)
• AI tools beyond chat (writing, transcription, research, design)
• Picking the right copilot for your role
• Integrating AI into existing processes (without breaking them)
• AI for technical knowledge workers (developers)
This course is for anyone who works on a computer. No technical background required.
Time: ~2 to 3 hours across 10 articles.
